The Companion Card program is designed for people with a disability who have a lifelong need for attendant care support in order to take part in activities and visit venues in the community.
Cardholders present their card when purchasing a ticket to an event or activity and are issued with a second ‘companion’ ticket at no charge.
Apply for a Companion Card
To apply for a Companion Card, complete the cardholder application form and attach two colour passport-sized photographs of yourself.
Using your card
Look for the Companion Card logo when buying a ticket to a venue or activity or search online for participating businesses, venues and activities.
