About Queensland Government concessions
Queensland Government concessions are available to eligible holders of a concession card such as seniors, people with a disability, carers, veterans, sole parents, widows and students.
Concessions are designed to assist Queenslanders reduce the cost of regular household bills, access essential services and maintain a healthy active lifestyle.
Concessions made easy, is a booklet listing concessions offered by the Queensland Government on services such as ambulance, public transport, motor vehicle registration, council rates, health, recreation and education.
You may be entitled to receive concessions or discounts on various services and products if you are eligible to receive one of the following cards:
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Health Care Card
- Queensland Seniors Card
- Gold Card - Repatriation Health Card for all Conditions
- Commonwealth Seniors Health Card.
