Full eligibility details for the rebate are listed in the application form, which is available from your electricity retailer.

Eligible cardholders who satisfy the abovementioned conditions and wish to claim the rebate must, at the electricity retailer's discretion, either complete a written application form or apply by telephone.

Your application must be received by your electricity retailer at least 14 days prior to the preparation of the first electricity account to which the rebate applies.

For more information or to apply for the rebate, contact your electricity retailer, whose telephone number appears on your account.
