Full eligibility details for the rebate are listed on the application form, which is available from your reticulated natural gas retailer.

If you satisfy these conditions and wish to claim the rebate, you must, at the discretion of the reticulated natural gas retailer, either complete a written application form or apply by telephone. Your application must be received at least 14 days prior to the preparation of the first reticulated natural gas account to which the rebate applies. The scheme includes reticulated natural gas supplied through the Dalby Regional Council and the Roma Regional Council.

For more information contact your reticulated natural gas retailer, whose telephone number appears on your account.

A rebate is not available on LPG/bottled gas.
