Common Service Agreement consultation
Community consultation is now underway as part of a broader consultation process on a draft common service agreement between service providers and Department of Communities. Service providers are invited to provide feedback on the draft common service agreement by 18 December 2009.

Common Service Agreement
Streamlined service agreements are one of a number of service improvement measures being implemented by the new Department of Communities to benefit service providers by standardising terms of funding, streamlining reporting requirements, simplifying language and strengthening clarity in government expectations across all services areas of the new department.
