Strengthening Non-Government Disability Organisations initiative
In addition to the general initiatives in the Strengthening Non-Government Organisations strategy, Disability Services Queensland is implementing initiatives that focus specifically on building the capacity of NGOs providing specialist disability services.

Strengthening Rural Non-Government Organisations initiative
A number of initiatives that focus on building the capacity of rural NGOs are being introduced as part of the $30 million Strengthening Rural Communities strategy in the Queensland Government's Blueprint for the Bush.
