Approved Service Provider

Under the Community Services Act 2007 (PDF 770 kB) all non-government service providers seeking eligibility to receive funding (that is not one-off) from the Department of Communities must be Approved Service Providers

Part 3 of the Community Services Act 2007 outlines provisions relating to the approval of Approved Service Providers.

The forms below allow you to apply to become an Approved Service Provider, to change details or cancel approval once an organisation is an Approved Service Provider and to seek review of decisions about Approved Service Provider status.
