Within the Department's web site
All links to other pages on the web site will open in the current web browser window. The secondary navigation may change, however the primary navigation will always remain at the top of the page.
External web sites
All links to information that is external to the Department's web site (for example, other government web sites and non-government web sites) will open in a new web browser window. To return to the Department's web site from these links, you will need to close the new window by selecting File > Close from the browser menu, or selecting the X (close) button on the top right of the window. Alternatively, you can leave both windows open and move between them using the taskbar located at the bottom of your screen.
If you hover your mouse over a link to an external web site, a message will display telling you where the link will take you.
