  1. Social Indoor Bowls

    Wheelchair and limited mobility access Wheelchair toilets
    The North Rockhampton Pensioners League, Bauhinia House invites all seniors to attend their social indoor bowls afternoon. Come along and play social indoor bowls and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea. Lucky door prizes and raffles. Numbers are limited so bookings essential.

  2. Bus Trip to Capricorn Coast

    The North Rockhampton Pensioners League, based at Bauhinia House is holding a bus trip down to the Capricorn Coast. The trip will include morning tea, concert and lunch at the Capricorn Coast Music Club followed by entry and afternoon tea at the Horse & Carriage Complex.

  5. The Show Must Go On

    The Show Must Go On - A performance by Theatre Royal in Barcaldine. Transport will be provided to take seniors from Alpha, Jericho, Aramac and Muttaburra to the event.

  6. Celebrating the Pioneer Spirit

    Celebrating the Pioneer Spirit will include a number of intergenerational Seniors Week events in recognition of Q150 that celebrate the pioneering spirit of older people, their achievements and contributions to the State of Queensland.   7. Senior Idol Finals Competition

    Senior Idol Finals competition. This event is the finals of the Senior Idol competition which includes entertainers from various senior organisations, nursing homes, retirement villages and hostels within the Rockhampton Regional Council's area. Morning tea, finals competition, barbeque lunch and dancing to a live band.

  8. Youth concert/Luncheon

    Youth Concert/Luncheon. This function is held for the seniors of Rockhampton and District. This event is hosted by a young musical student and all the entertainers are all musical students/dancing students from throughout the Rockhampton District. We serve our seniors a two course luncheon.
