Literature review

The Cross Government Project to Reduce Social Isolation of Older People commissioned a literature review on social isolation of older people, for phase 1 of the project, to inform later phases of the project and particularly to identify existing interventions and summarise their effectiveness. The review was undertaken by the Australasian Centre on Ageing at the University of Queensland and published in 2002.
