With more than 600,000 cardholders in Queensland alone, the Seniors Business Discount Card scheme provides the following opportunities to increase your customer base by:

Display advertising in the Business Discount Directory for Seniors and Carers
The Business Discount Directory for Seniors and Carers also provides you with the opportunity to showcase your business to over 600,000 Queensland cardholders.
Stand out as a leading seniors-friendly business by purchasing space for your display advertisement in one or more of the regional editions of the annual directories.
Refer to the map to identify the regional boundaries. You can reach cardholders Queensland-wide by placing your ad in one, a few or all eight regional editions of the directory.

Local regional directories are mailed direct to all Seniors Card and Seniors Business Discount Card holder households each year. The directories will also be available from local outlets including municipal libraries, Centrelink, State MP electoral office, QGAP agencies and Department of Communities' regional offices.
Advertising fees
An advertising rates card is mailed out annually to participating businesses outlining the advertising opportunities in one or more regional editions of the directory.

Advertising procedures and material supply guidelines
The style and content of display advertising in the Business Discount Directory for Seniors and Carers must:
- Promote positive health and lifestyle messages
- Compliment the vision, style and values promoted by Seniors Card and Seniors Business Discount Card and if applicable, the Carer Business Discount Card schemes.
- Use font size no smaller than 8 point* - the recommended font size is 12 to 14 point. Preferred fonts are Arial or other sans serif fonts.
- Avoid using coloured print on a coloured background.
- If using the Seniors Card and Seniors Business Discount Card Welcome Here logo, ensure it is applied correctly. The logo can be produced in full colour (blue & gold), blue only or black only. It must not be reversed out of coloured backgrounds.
- Ensure that the discount you offer is sustainable for a 12 month period

Advertisers supplying artwork
Advertisements in either PC or MAC format on CD.
Card Services accepts files in either PC or MAC format on CD. All advertisements should be provided as print-ready, high resolution (300dpi CMYK) .pdf files with all fonts converted to outlines. Please ensure all spot colours are converted to CMYK. File must be supplied at actual size with no bleed or crop marks. A colour laser proof of advertisements must be provided to ensure correct output.
Proofs must be signed off as being complete and accurate. Advertisers who supply files that are not to the specifications will incur conversion costs. Card Services does not accept liability for any variation to the appearance of the printed advertisement.
