What you need to know about Dukes

Dukes is about challenge, adventure and achievement. Dukes is an internationally recognised Award for young people aged 14-25 provides you with new skills and experiences and will expand your world!

Dukes Award levels

The Dukes Award offers you the opportunity to complete Bronze, Silver and Gold Award levels. Find out more about each level's requirements and get started.

Dukes rules and requirements

Dukes is about flexibility and making sure you can pursue your own interests as you complete the Award, and even count activities that you are already doing. Check out the requirements that you must meet to become an Award holder.

Dukes Award sections

Dukes consists of four sections for Bronze and Silver and five sections for Gold. The four sections are Skill, Service, Physical Recreation, Adventurous Journey and there is a Residential Project for the Gold Award. Each section helps you to make the most of the opportunities the Award offers and makes sure you get a well-rounded experience.
