Physical Recreation

This section encourages participation in physical recreation and improvement in physical performance.

Choosing your activity

Physical activities may include individual or team activities. The following are examples:

Requirements

Bronze

Three months, averaging a commitment of at least one hour per week. If you choose to extend this section you will need to undertake your activity for a total of six months. #1

Silver

Six months, averaging a commitment of at least one hour per week. As a direct entrant, if you choose to extend this section you will need to undertake your activity for a total of 12 months. #2

Gold

12 months, averaging a commitment of at least one hour per week. As a direct entrant, if you choose to extend this section you will need to undertake your activity for a total of 18 months. #3

You may elect to undertake more than one physical activity to meet the requirements above. For example, if you choose to undertake a winter team sport that does not allow you to continue into the summer months, you can to choose another physical activity to meet the requirements for this section over summer.
