How to get involved

To become a licensed operator your organisation will need to:

  1. Complete and submit a Licensed Operator Licence Agreement 2009-2011 (PDF 197 kB) (RTF 111 kB).

  2. Complete and submit a Licensed Operator Annual Registration (PDF 192 kB) (RTF 338 kB).

  3. Ensure a Code of conduct form (PDF 161 kB) (RTF 56 kB) is completed by everyone from your organisation who is involved in the administration or delivery of The Award

  4. Submit payment for the Annual License fee to our office.

  5. Ensure that your organisation including any assessor, instructor or volunteer who is an employee of the licensed operator complies with the employment screening provisions in part 6 of the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000.   6. Nominate a person to be an award coordinator.
